| Quality Manufacturing Inc. warrants each cartridge to be free of defects in both materials and workmanship for a period of one year.
If any Quality Manufacturing Inc. cartridge is found to be defective, Quality Manufacturing Inc. at its option will replace the cartridge or refund the full purchase amount.
Quality Manufacturing Inc. also warrants that, subject to conditions stated below and under normal use, our cartridges will not cause damage, abnormal wear, or deterioration to any compatible printer. If a defect in a Quality Manufacturing Inc. cartridge causes a printer to fail, Quality Manufacturing Inc. will reimburse the customer for the full amount of repairs done to that printer.
This warranty is dependent upon the customer providing Quality Manufacturing Inc. with satisfactory evidence that the printer failure was due to a defect in the Quality Manufacturing Inc. cartridge, including a written statement on an authorized service company’s letterhead, dated and signed by the company’s field service representative. Return of the defective cartridge to Quality Manufacturing Inc. is required. Any sign of tampering with the cartridge will void this warranty.
Quality Manufacturing Inc. liability hereunder shall be limited to replacement or reimbursement as provided above. This warranty is exclusive, and in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
