Development & Tooling Divisions

We like to think of this division as our nucleus at Quality Manufacturing Inc. This team takes pride in having a close working relationship with, our customers engineering and development teams, as well provide strong support for internal operations.

It is impossible to list the accomplishments of this team. They have developed various products complete from conception to production. Office product furniture, archery equipment, battery charging units and accessories equipment, cord locking devices, ticket feeding and punching units, patient aid care products and many others.

Our development and tooling group supports manufacturing in building, designing semi-automated and automated work stations as needed or required. Support fixture and tooling needs for cell or line layouts. This team has supported entire tooling needs for mass production assembly programs, that worked over 300 people.
